Our results

We are presenting the results of our project "Life - sqezee it like a lemon". We are also presenting some of our methods we have been using during the project. 

During our project we have several workshops connected with labor market in our countries and the possibilities for your people on labor market. We had meeting with an expert that helped us to find possible way for our future career. We have had also brainstorming about soft skills and labor markets in our countries.

Day 9

Day 9

After breakfast we got our Youthpasses and some small gifts from hosting organization. After we have packed all our bags, we went for a short walk. We took our “goodbye” picture. It was very hard to say goodbye to our friends. We have spent together only few days but we have become good friends and we hope to see each other very soon. We strongly advice everyone to take part in such a project !!

Day 8

This day was dedicated to final evaluation. We reminded all the activities we have had during this project. Step by step we discovered again all the games and our emotions connected with all activities. We had chance to share our opinions on the project. We even started planning new project in the nearest future. We also discussed about our accommodation and food.

At the evening we organized farewell party. We had a lot of fun but in the same time we were a bit sad because of the fact that it’s the last night together. We hope we will see each other very soon.

Day 7

Day 7

Team working - such an important skill!!! We were working in groups. Our task was to make a brainstorm about youth's attitude to labor market. We had to think about the features, qualification and skills. We had an opportunity to use the knowledge we have learnt during the whole project: creativity, voluntary work, professional skills. It was also a great occasion to promote our project. We could make some short movies, some performance. After our work in the groups, we had to present the results to all participants. We finished our workshop with the evaluation of the day. 

At the evening, we had Polish night!!! Our hosting group presented history and culture of the country. We could see traditional Polish dance - polonez. We could also taste some Polish food.

Day 6

Such a great day!! We were talking about voluntary work and how, thanks to voluntary, we can imporve our skills. We got to know that voluntary job is not only the way to help people, but also the way of gaining new skills and expereience. Thanks to this we seem to be more attractive on labor market. We have met people that used to work as volunteers. They told us how voluntary work changed their life. We were also talking about European Voluntary Service (EVS). We learnt about opportunities that EVS gives to young people. 

In the afternoon we were discussing about Internet - the advantages and disadvantages. In the evening we participated in Slovak night. We had great time!

 Day 5

Today our motto was creativity - "to be creative!!!!". Our task was to imporve and increas this feature. Creativity is very important in the proces of searching a job. We participated in different games during which we test and practice our creativity. In the afternoon we had a special activity - Hare and Hounds. We were divided into small groups and we had to be very creative to reach the goal of the game! After this activity we had a short evaluation of the day. In the afternoon there was another amazing intercultural night. Our Latvian friends presented their country, culture and cuisine. We had a chance to dance Latvian dance - it was a huge challenge for us! We enjoyed the evening very much.
