Our results

Here we are presenting the results of our project "Life - sqezee it like a lemon". We are also presenting some of our methods we have been using during the project. 

During our project we have several workshops connected with labor market in our countries and the possibilities for your people on labor market. We had meeting with an expert that helped us to find possible way for our future career.


1) First of all we made test that was supposed to check our personality - colour test. After we have answered few questions, and have completed the form, we discovered which color is suitable for each of us. Below we are presenting some features that are assigned to particular color: blue, gold, orange and green.

After we have completed the test, we were divided into "color groups". We made brainstorming and, led by our expert, we decided what the best occupations are for each group. Here are some of our results:

2) During the project we also focused on labor market in our countries. We made a brainstorming about situation at the labor markets, we made also short analysis about possibilities for youth. We discussed about soft skills: definitions of soft skills and the situation when we can improve our soft skills during the whole life.

3) Soft skills - our life long learning process:







4) One of the most important moment in the process of searching a new job in INTERVIEW. A job interview is a type of employment test that involves a conversation between a job applicant and representative of the employing organization. While preparing for an interview, prospective employees usually look at what the job posting or job description says in order to get a better understanding of what is expected of them should they get hired. Exceptionally good interviewees look at the wants and needs of a job posting and show off how good they are at those abilities during the interview to impress the interviewer and increase their chances of getting a job. During project we have prepared few posters with our advices concerning beahviour during interview. 

Here are some of our advices how to behave during interview:
- be punctual, do not come late
- be positive and polite
- be PREPARED, you should know some information about the job you are applying
- do not lie during the interview
- switch off your mobile
- no chiewing gum
- do not answer just yes/no but in the same time do not talk too much
- do not use terms you do not understan
- remember about proper clothes and make-up






5) EUROPASS - A document to present your skills and qualifications effectively and clearly. We are presenting some hints how to write good Europass:

a) work experience and education - Focus on the work experience that gives added weight to your application; describe your education and training first; mention volunteering or (paid/unpaid) work placements which provide evidence of work experience. 

b) communication skills - Enter your communication skills. Specify in what context they were acquired. Examples: good communication skills gained through your experience as sales manager, excellent contact skills with children gained through your experience as ice hockey volunteer coach, etc.

c) organisational/ managment skills - Enter your organisational / managerial skills. Specify in what context they were acquired. Examples: leadership (currently responsible for a team of 10 people), good organisational skills gained as secretary of the History Society, responsible for booking speakers and promoting events, good team-leading skills gained as ice hockey volunteer coach, etc.


d) job-related skills -Enter any job-related skills not mentioned elsewhere. Specify in what context they were acquired. Examples: good command of quality control processes (currently responsible for quality audit), mentoring skills (as senior nurse, I was responsible for the training and induction of new nursing staff), etc.
