Day 3 

In the morning we had such a great workshop about communication. We all thought that we know a lot about this topic but after the workshop we noticed that we had known just few things. We had a lot of informal exercices. We were working in groups. We were also discussing about features of effective communication, We could check our creativity during working in teams. We also got to know that good communicatin is really important in a management. In the afternoon the surprises haven't finished. We were talking about the culture. We focused on the differences between cultures and stereotypes about other nations. It was really important before the first intercultural evening. We could break the stereotypes. Today we had italian evening. Our friends have prepared so well, including the italian concept of time :)
